Transcea Bible Church

Our Mission

The Minnesota assembly of Transcea Bible churchexists to actively tell everyone about Jesus Christ who died, was buried, and on the third day rose again and is still alive today. We declare Jesus not only in words but in our private and public lives and help those who are hurting from sin genuinely know Jesus personally. In order to achieve this mission we will:

  • Give our very best efforts towards our weekly corporate worship services.

  • Strive to be a culturally competent and an “open-door” church, welcoming all persons.

  • Create the atmosphere of love and fellowship

  • Provide opportunities for every member to discover his or her potential,

  • Seek to improve our local and global communities

  • Model the body of Christ in our inclusiveness of the gifts.

  • Demonstrate  our relationships with Christ by relationship with others

OUR BELIEF STATEMENTS

  • We believe the Bible is the written and infallible word of God. It consists of 39 books of the Old Testament and 27 books of the New Testament.

  • We believe repentance is a complete turning away from all known sins, and is required of every returning sinner for personal salvation.

  • We believe water baptism is a public announcement of our faith by one immersion in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

  • We believe the Holy Spirit baptism is the enduement of power from on high upon the believer for spiritual empowerment with the initial evidence of speaking in an unknown tongue.

  • We believe that Marriage is binding for life and monogamy is the uniform teaching of the Bible.

  • We believe the Rapture, is when Christ will descend from Heaven with a shout, the voice of the archangel, and at the sound of the trumpet. The dead in Him will rise, and we who are alive will be caught up with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.

  • We believe the Godhead consists of three distinct personalities perfectly united in one the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

  • We believe salvation is an act of God’s grace, whereby a sinner receives forgiveness and remission of sins through faith in the atoning blood of Jesus Christ.

  • We believe sanctification is a definite act of God’s grace in which the believer’s heart is purified by faith to live in holiness before the Lord.

  • We believe personal evangelism is a God-given ministry for every believer. Jesus commands it, and God requires every believer to be a compassionate and a fruitful soul winner.

  • We believe The Second Coming of Christ will be just as literal and visible as His going away, and He is coming to execute judgment upon the ungodly. He will also, then, set up His Kingdom and reign on this present earth for a thousand years.

  • We believe that Lake of fire is a place of everlasting punishment where sinners (all who do not have their names in the book of life) will suffer torments forever and ever. It was prepared for the devil and his angels.
